<strong>What You’ll Be Doing: <br><br></strong>During your Year in Industry, you’ll be:<br><br>Supporting manufacturing and production teams on live projects<br><br>Analyse processes and identity improvement opportunities<br><br>Assist with quality, safety or efficiency initiatives<br><br>Collaborate with teams across the site<br><br>Present your work at the end of the programme<br><br>This is a <strong>hands-on role</strong> – you’ll be out on the shop floor, not just behind a desk.<br><br><strong>What We Are Looking For<br><br></strong><strong>You’ll be</strong>:<br><br>Studying a degree in <strong>Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Food Science</strong>, or a related discipline.<br><br>In your <strong>penultimate or final year</strong> of study.<br><br>Curious about how things are made and passionate about operations.<br><br>Comfortable in a <strong>fast-paced, practical environment</strong>.<br><br>A strong communicator who thrives in a team setting.<br><br><strong>No previous industrial experience required</strong> – just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn<br><br><strong>Programme Details: <br><br></strong>Start date: August 2027<br><br>Duration- 12 months<br><br>Locations- Wakefield, Sidcup, Edmonton, East Kilbride<br><br>Assessment Centre- December 2026, January 2027 (at site, location tbc)
