Advisory Consultant, Financial Edge NXT
Job Description:
- Deliver customized prescriptive consulting to a diverse portfolio of Financial Edge NXT customers
- Understand customer needs and craft roadmaps to adopt or expand functionality and achieve desired outcomes
- Engage with customers throughout their engagement, from implementation through renewal
- Support customers with new releases, business-process adjustments, new staff, and software value optimization
- Partner with Sales, CSMs, and other services teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey
- Shape new success-services offerings by sharing insights and expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Act as a subject matter expert on sales calls to expand Advisory+
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on Blackbaud Financial Edge (FE7 and FENXT)
- Experience in multiple areas of accounting is encouraged
- Comfortable engaging with key stakeholders and end-users
- Experience with driving organizational change and making recommendations to customers
- Keen attention to detail in understanding customer needs
- Ability to successfully manage a portfolio of customers
- Self-starter mindset with proactive management of customer deliverables with limited supervision
