Baggage Agent

Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay: £14.25 per hour
Shift Pattern: 6 days on / 3 days off

We are recruiting Baggage Agents to join our airport operations team. This is a physically demanding role involving the safe and efficient handling, loading and unloading of passenger baggage.

Key Duties

• Safely load and unload baggage and outsize items

• Use BRS scanners, electric baggage tugs and approved handling equipment

• Load baggage onto trailers and baggage handling areas

• Meet flight loading deadlines and operational requirements

• Follow all Health and Safety procedures

• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting

• Good work ethic and reliable attitude

• Flexible and service-focused

• Able to work in confined spaces and outdoors

• Full, clean driving licence with driving experience

Shift Times

Typically 03:00 starts, with latest finishes around 21:00.

Shift times may vary depending on operational requirements.
