Job Overview
Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to care for infants and children in a private home setting. This role involves various responsibilities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and overseeing the emotional well-being of children. Candidates should be prepared to maintain a safe and healthy environment while engaging children in activities and ensuring their development.
Key Responsibilities
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children.
- Discipline children according to parents’ methods.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
- Keep records of daily activities and health information.
- Organize activities such as games and outings.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Supervise and care for children.
- Transport children to and from school and appointments.
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children.
Work Conditions
This position requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain a flexible schedule, with options for morning, night, weekend, and day shifts. Public transportation is available for commuting.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required. Although no prior experience is necessary, training will be provided. Ideal candidates must demonstrate client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organizational skills, and reliability.
