Customer Support Representative - Danish Speaker

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

This position suits someone who wants stable, well-organised work in Athens helping Danish-speaking customers. Start date: 12 October 2026.

Your work will be reviewed with feedback sessions, so you can keep improving steadily. Good customer care is what this team is known for, and you will help keep that standard high.

Your Responsibilities:

• Explain step-by-step solutions in clear, simple language
• Keep customers informed about timescales and next steps
• Confirm each resolution with the customer before closing a case
• Answer questions about products, orders and accounts

Requirements:

• Fluent Danish
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Ability to stay organised when handling several cases at once
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage, though not required
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
