General Manager, Product Management – Adjudication Solutions
Job Description:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Product Managers
- Own the strategy, roadmap and end-to-end performance of an enterprise-grade suite of platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales and operations teams
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the platforms and track them
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management
- At least 5 years in a product leadership role
- Deep knowledge of healthcare technologies
- Financial expertise in developing and managing large capital budgets
- Proven experience launching and scaling B2B software-as-a-service solutions
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
