Key position Details:

Position: Healthcare Support Specialist (Remote)- $19/hr.

Weekly Pay & Benefits | Equipment Provided
Projected Start Date: November 2nd, 2026

Must be able to work any assigned 8 hours shift Mon-Fri, 8 AM-9PM CST

*Must be located in a one of the following approved US states*

OHIO, ARKANSAS, FLORIDA, NEVADA , KANSAS, WEST VIRGINIA,TENNESSEE, GEORGIA, MISSOURI, LOUISIANA, OKLAHOMA, MISSISSIPPI, ALABAMA and TEXAS*

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Perform outbound calls and may take some inbound calls assisting patients.
• Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and patient benefits.
• Educate patients and providers on coverage, costs, and next steps.
• Assist with copay assistance and patient support programs.
• Navigate commercial and government insurance plans.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing time-sensitive cases.

Qualifications but not limited to:

• 1+ year of RECENT, experience in medical or pharmacy benefits (Required)
• Proficient with Windows or Mac systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with schedule - prioritizes getting the job done
• Ability to remain calm and agile in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Must have high-speed internet with modem access (hotspots not accepted).
