Key Responsibilities: • Retarget motion from one hierarchy to another proficiently • Improve performances using non-destructive techniques • Adjust interactions between characters and environments • Enhance animations with finger and body adjustments • Mentor junior team members and provide support

Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science or related field • Proficient in MotionBuilder, Blender, and Maya • Experience in high-end VFX with a strong showreel • Strong understanding of retargeting and animation principles • Excellent detail orientation and communication skills
