Job Description modifications for union represented position are subject to CBA guidelines.EDUCATION<ul><li>HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience</li></ul> CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE<ul><li>CRCST: Certified Registered Central Service Technician</li><li>or</li><li>CSPDT: Certified Sterile Processing Distribution Technician</li></ul> PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:<ul><li>3-5 years </li><li>3+ Years of Previous Instrument Care/Assembly experience. </li><li>New gr will be considered</li></ul>SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:<ul><li>General knowledge of surgical tools, procedures, views, and equipment.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to interpret a variety of data and instructions, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</li></ul><ul><li>Basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.</li></ul><ul><li>Well-developed time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized operating procedures and scientific methods to achieve objectives and meet deadline.</li></ul><ul><li>General knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).</li></ul>Job Shift:VariedSchedule:Per Diem/CasualShift Hours:8Days of the Week:VariableWeekend Requirements:As Needed, Rotating WeekendsBenefits:NoUnions:YesPosition Status:Non-ExemptWeekly Hours:0Employee Status:Per Diem/CasualSutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans.Pay Range is $38.97 to $43.85 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
