We are seeking a Data Typist to join our team in Palakkad. This is a part-time work-from-home position suitable for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience who have completed their 12th grade. Key Responsibilities:- Data Entry: Accurately enter information into databases or systems using computer programs. This requires careful attention to detail to ensure data is correct and complete.- Document Preparation: Format and prepare documents by typing and editing existing information. You will assist in creating clear and professional documents for various purposes.- Reviewing Entries: Regularly check the data entered for errors or inconsistencies. This involves verifying the accuracy of the information and making necessary corrections.- Maintaining Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information responsibly and with discretion, ensuring that all data is kept secure and private.- Meeting Deadlines: Complete assigned tasks and submit work within specified time frames. Time management skills are important to ensure work is finished on time.Required Skills and Expectations:- Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.- Good understanding of computer programs like Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.- Basic knowledge of data management and entry techniques.- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring information is precise.- Ability to work independently and efficiently from home, managing tasks well without direct supervision.
