Amazon IT Operations is seeking an IT Support Engineer II to support, build, and improve technology solutions across sites within a defined region. You will lead projects, resolve issues quickly, and expand knowledge in AWS and distributed systems.
You will troubleshoot complex IT problems, coordinate CM, collaborate with vendors, and participate in hiring and training. Travel within the local/ regional area is expected.
