Remote 1099 Executive Search Consultant | Full Ownership

Augmentis is seeking Independent Executive Search Consultants (1099) to join as remote partners. You will manage client relationships, own the full recruitment lifecycle, source and screen executives, coordinate interviews, and place candidates across energy, manufacturing, aerospace, and PE-backed firms in the US.

This is a commission-based, full-desk role with autonomy and mentoring from our Managing Partner.
