The Senior Strategic Account Manager will manage established MSP client relationships, oversee active job orders, coordinate client communications, and drive staffing placements without responsibility for candidate sourcing. Responsibilities Manage 8–12 active job orders at a time. We recruit proactively which means we are continuously interviewing candidates and building pipelines for the same positions in the same cities. You are not responsible for sourcing. Recruiters bring qualified candidates to you Manage a book of 20–40 MSP clients. Most already have years of hiring history with Bowman Williams, so you are inheriting established relationships rather than starting from scratch. You’ll work directly with CEOs and you will position yourself as a staffing partner who understands their industry and business model well enough to help them scale KPIs and Expectations. Our company averages a 40% close rate. Account Manager will typically average 3 submittals, confirm 3 interviews and make a placement within 22 days. Account Managers are responsible for owning the client communication Benefits Base salary + commission.
