Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure for financial applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, and production environments within the banking or financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage highly available and scalable infrastructure for mission-critical financial applications.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and automated testing.
  • Manage Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters and containerized worklo.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Ansible.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure across Azure/AWS/GCP, preferably Azure.
  • Implement DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, access controls, and security automation.
  • Establish robust monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance-management solutions.
  • Manage production releases, deployments, rollback strategies, and disaster-recovery processes.
  • Work closely with development, QA, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex production, networking, application, and infrastructure issues.
  • Implement high-availability, backup, disaster recovery, and business-continuity solutions.
  • Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational activities using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Ensure infrastructure and deployment processes comply with applicable financial-sector security and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in production support and, where required, on-call rotations.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Azure VMs, AKS, VNets, Load Balancers, Key Vault, Storage, Monitor, IAM/Entra ID, etc.

Financial Domain Experience – Mandatory Candidates should have experience working on banking, financial services, payments, insurance, capital markets, or FinTech platforms.

  • Relevant cloud/Kubernetes/DevOps certifications are an advantage.

  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • AWS DevOps Engineer
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
  • Terraform Associate
  • Red Hat/OpenShift certification

Ideal Candidate Profile 8–12+ years DevOps + 3–5+ years financial domain + strong Azure/AWS + Kubernetes + Terraform + CI/CD + DevSecOps.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
