Warehouse Picker Packer

As a Warehouse Picker Packer, you will handle general merchandise and blankets while supporting accurate, efficient order fulfillment. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will use WMS tools, handheld and barcode scanners, and conveyor systems to pick, pack, inspect, and organize products safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to order requirements.
• Pack general merchandise and blankets using established packaging procedures.
• Scan inventory and orders using WMS tools and handheld or barcode scanners.
• Inspect products and completed orders for quality and accuracy.
• Organize warehouse areas and maintain orderly product flow.
• Operate conveyor systems and support efficient material movement.
• Follow warehouse safety and compliance procedures.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team and report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in warehouse picking and packing.
• Familiarity with RF scanning, order fulfillment, and packaging procedures.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and perform material handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
