Passionate about science, the remote Writer/Director will take video projects from initial concept through to production by conducting in-depth research, writing scripts, and directing edits to create engaging content focused on Physics, Maths, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality videos in a timely manner while leading the production team
Research scientific topics and propose compelling video ideas
Collaborate with animators and video editors, incorporating feedback from editorial leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, Maths, Engineering, or a related field
Excellent research and fact-checking skills
Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Passion for and knowledge of science YouTube content
Experience in long-form or feature science communication is desirable
